Asus entered the smartphone market in India in 2014 , but were unable to make a significant impact. Somehow now it seems they can ; with the launch of Asus Zenfone 2. Asus Zenfone 2 packed with 4 Gigs of RAM and 5.5-inch full HD display.
According to a statement by Asus, the phone will have “the world’s best Back Light (HDR) mode and fast charging technology – 60 per cent capacity in only 39 minutes.”
There are three variants of the ZenFone 2 smartphone : The ZenFone 2 ZE551ML with 4GB of RAM, 64GB storage priced at Rs 22,999; the ZenFone 2 ZE551ML with 4GB of RAM, 32GB storage at Rs 19,999; the ZenFone 2 ZE551ML with 2GB of RAM, 16GB storage at Rs 14,999. The company has also launched much cheaper variant , the ZenFone 2 ZE550ML at Rs 12,999. Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML with 4GB of RAM, 128GB storage priced 29,999.
Standard components on ZenFone 2 include 13 and 5 megapixel cameras, the phones has dual SIM slots which has become a trend nowdays and will set to become a standard feature for any forthcoming phone.
The Zenfone 2 has a non-removable 3000 mAH of Li-Polymer megalomaniac battery, and supports 4G LTE networks on the first SIM card slot.
