Mahindra XUV 500 – An Awesome car from Mahindra. I don’t know where to start but I would just say one thing that I am very sure of is definitely Mahindra is rising. This car is wonderfully designed keeping in mind all the basics including Performance, Style, Fuel Economy, Features & best is Value for Money. I am not the first one to review this car but I just can’t stop to put on my personal experience as I am driving this wonderful vehicle for last 7 months. 
Performance:
Very Refined Engine of 2.2 Litre (mHAWK 5th Generation) which gives 140bhp of cheetah power and 330NM of torque which is definitely unmatchable in this class. The best thing is that its available in automatic AWD and also 6-Gear Manual transmission which keeps option open for majority of car lovers who want to test it to limits.
Style:
Being an owner of the same vehicle may be I will sound biased but believe me I think this is the best vehicle in its class as far as styling is concerned. Front looks awesome with beautiful grill and perfectly placed fog lamps that goes very well with headlights with its in-built LED ribbon right below it. Back side seems to be good but I personally feel that side panels could have been improved but overall it’s nice design and dual exhaust just gives it an edge over any other vehicle. Also it does resemble cheetah.
Fuel Economy:
With the type of performance offered the fuel economy I am getting is just an icing on the cake, it gives around 12-13 kmpl in the city under normal conditions. On constant speed between 80-90 kmph on highway I got an average of 16-17 kmpl which I think is just fabulous.
Features:
I think this will be too long if I start explaining the features as there are endless features packed in this car which nobody have expected when Mahindra launched this SUV. To start with is 6-inch touch screen entertainment system which is very prominent on the front console and it comes with Bluetooth, AUX, and USB connectivity functionality. For your easy navigation Integrated GPS is also there powered by mapmyindia which includes Indian Maps with lifetime subscription. Rear park assist sensing system and tyre pressure system adds value to it any given time. For safety and convenience, it has 6 Airbags with Uphill & Hill Descent Control along with EBS & ABS. Also has cruise control which is very convenient for driver if you are going for long drive. These are few features to mention which I think can play great role in planning to buy this SUV.
Value for Money:
Definitely this car is worth of every single penny of its cost and I am sure that in this cost there is no one near to Mahindra keeping in mid the features its offering in this SUV.
Verdict:
If you are planning to buy SUV with 12-15 budget then I will say this is the best SUV you can think of and being an owner of vehicle I personally had no issues with this SUV for last 7 months and driving experience is just awesome.
