Create a new Id using US as your location.
Now on your IOS device, go to iCloud and sign in from this account.
Also sign in to your appstore using the same account.
Enter an address (of United States) along with a random phone number with code of any city of US.
Open appstore and search for pokemon go. You will get it now.
Click on get followed by install.
Your game gets installed.
